Utilized by Brickstream’s services groups, these products provide improved tracking, site configuration, and site management capabilities. The releases further Brickstream’s position as the leading provider of customer behavior measurement solutions and its goal of helping organizations improve their customer experience and drive profitable sales growth through more effective service, marketing and sales strategies.

Via these systems, Brickstream can better proactively monitor and manage the growing number of customer sites utilizing the Brickstream solutions, providing higher levels of customer service and system availability.

Brickstream Tools 3.0 provides an improved software toolset for configuring and validating customer site configurations. Tools 3.0 allow customer site configurations to be implemented in less time with less effort, providing our customers with a faster return on their investment.

Tracker 3.0 continues to build on our patented, industry-leading solution for customer behavior measurement via improved tracking algorithms.
