Customer Behavior Measurement Pioneers Address Store Innovations for Customer Service at Retail Systems
Atlanta, GA – May 19, 2006
Brickstream, the pioneers in customer behavior measurement technology, will be at the Retail Systems Conference and Exposition held at McCormick Place in Chicago May 22 – 24, 2006. Brickstream Vice President Brian Murphy will participate in a panel discussion on store innovations for customer service. Other panelists include leaders from IBM, Retaligent, and Ecometry.
The panel will explore new approaches to enhance the customer experience with automated tools. Technologies that differentiate retailers, support customer-centric initiatives, and build a single view of the customer through multiple channels will be the focus of the session. Attendees will discover how to create seamless customer interaction and learn why and how customer-facing technologies can improve store performance.
Brickstream technology gives retailers key information on the in-store customer experience. Clients receive real-time data on queue lengths, wait times at check-out, transaction times, and line or cart abandonment. With Brickstream alerting tools, on-site managers can monitor customer service levels and respond proactively before service break-downs occur.
