TravelCenters of America Drives a Better Customer Experience with Brickstream

Brickstream Corporation, a leading provider of in-store customer intelligence software solutions, announced today that TravelCenters of America (TA) has selected Brickstream Intelligence for Service and Brickstream Intelligence for Marketing to improve the quality of the customer experience in its stores.
Brickstream Intelligence for Service will continuously and automatically deliver intelligence about customer service in the store, such as customer arrival rates, line lengths, wait times, service times, and abandonment rates. This intelligence, when integrated with labor data, allows TA to staff effectively and meet customer service levels.
Brickstream Intelligence for Marketing will deliver insights about the performance of new merchandising and store layout initiatives, such as paths customers take through the store, number of category visits, hot and cold zones, and the stopping power of endcaps. This intelligence, when combined with transaction data, allows TA to merchandise more effectively to targeted customer segments.
