Customer Behaviour Technology Pioneers Open European Office

Brickstream®, a leader in understanding customer behaviour within a bricks-and-mortar environment, has opened a European office in Newbury, Berks and named Steve Forrest as their head of European business development. Forrest brings with him many years experience of retail operations, store development, trade marketing, and supply chain. Prior to joining Brickstream, he worked for companies such as Safeway, RHM Foods, and IRI Software, where he was business development director; responsible for establishing and managing successful sales channels across EMEA. He also spent time as senior account manager at Yantra and European sales director at Wesupply.
